Roger Williams, Lead Pastor
Roger & Carmen Williams are both Midwesterners, have been married 12 years and have 5 wonderful children. Roger earned his B.A. from The University of the State of New York and a Master's of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. Prior to beginning Grace & Peace Church, Roger was Assistant Pastor at Christ Community Church in Carmel, IN and Youth Pastor of West Hills Community Church in St. Louis. Carmen earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Truman State University, has worked as an Cardiac Rehab Specialist, an office administrator at Covenant Seminary, and is now a full time investor in their home and children.

Robert Schultz, Pastor of Discipleship
Robert grew up in Central Illinois and before coming to Grace & Peace in 2004, served as College and Young Adult Minister in the Chicago area and served as a college instructor and academic researcher. After two years at Western Illinois University, Robert earned a BA in Bible from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, and MA’s in historical theology from Briercrest Seminary in Canada and systematic theology from Wheaton College Graduate School near Chicago. Bob is also a professional freelance writer, and enjoys hiking, weightlifting, fishing and is an avid reader.

Kim Ford, Church Administrator
Rick and Kim Ford have 8 children and 2 grandchildren. Kim has been a resident of the far east side of Indianapolis for nearly 22 years. She resigned from Sallie Mae as Senior Operations Technician after 17 years tenure in order to be a stay-at-home mom and homeschool their youngest son. -
Daniel Patterson, Worship & Arts Director
Daniel has served at Grace & Peace since late 2003, and has been the worship pastor since May of 2005. Daniel graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2004 with a B.S. in Education, with fields in both music and history. Daniel and Jessica were married in June of 2007, only seven months after first meeting. They happily reside on Indianapolis' southeast side.
